Set up a browser-based review |

Before you initiate a review, you must specify the server location of the online comments repository where review comments are saved. This location may be the same as that of the uploaded review PDF document. Contact your administrator about the type and path of your shared server. |

Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS), and select Reviewing on the left. |

To specify the comments repository, do one of the following, and then click OK: |

|
Choose the server type. If required, enter the server settings in the box for Administrator Provided Server Settings. |
|||||
|
If your organization uses an automatic configuration service, click the Configure Automatically button to select a server. See your network administrator for details. |

|
To initiate the review, choose File > Send For Review > Upload For Browser-Based Review. |

If prompted, type your email address in the Identity Setup dialog box. |

Specify the PDF document for review, and then click Next. |

Specify the server location for the PDF file, and then click Next: |

Specify the email addresses of the reviewers, and then click Next. |

Review the email message and subject, edit as needed, and click Send Invitation. |
The email message includes an FDF file attachment. When recipients double-click this attachment, their review settings are configured properly, and a copy of the PDF document opens in their web browser.
